I have been able to learn the working of the business continuity management in the current business world. It has been found out that the steps of the business continuity management can be defined as four distinct stages which are validation, analysis, design as well as implementation. The major purpose of these steps of business continuity management is identifying the potential threats along with problems of various business activities. The business management style also attempts to minimize the loss of the business approach at critical time with the help of continuity management system. It has been also disclosed that the government of the business organization is also concerned with the business management as it has the ability to avoid the crisis of the government. The major challenge of the business continuity management which has been indicated within the literature review is developing the training program for the employees as well as increasing the awareness of the business crisis. It has been also surfaced from the literature review that the previous employees those have been undergone the training program have faced a significant amount of issues. The issues have been mostly based on the commitment along with the methodology of the business audit. It has been also identified the impressive capability of GSEC in respect of training the business community management teams in the government corporations. The literature review pointed out the efficiency of business continuity management in an effective fashion. It illustrated that the business continuity management systems are highly helpful for educating the employees in respect of facing the challenges which helps them for the crisis handling. The major objectives which have been revealed from the review are supporting the management at the critical time along with establishing the commitment to the concerned problem of the business. The training is quite effective for developing the curiosity among the employees to learn the crisis handling techniques. Another factor which has been visualized in the review was lack of clarity in the audit methodology. It has enabled the team member to achieve the success in an efficient manner. However, there are several challenges which have been faced at the time of training. The trend significantly focuses on the crisis of the organizations. In addition to that, the literature review has been proved to be most successful in respect of identifying the significant usefulness of the business continuity management. However, the literature review has been failed to cover several factors in respect of business continuity management. For example, the effect of the respective management process has not been clear which will need further evaluation. Moreover, the literature review was not able to address the ways of the improvement of the business continuity management training. The improved ways for the training program will be highly effectual for the handling the crisis. Action learning refers to the approach which is used in any team setting in order to develop the working performance as well as applying various new theories. The action learning is aimed to obtaining knowledge from the spontaneous work situations as well as programmed instructions. There are two different part of the action learning processes which are fulfilling the programmed instructions as well as spontaneous questioning on the basis of the action learning.
